In 1978 Randy Krise purchased a 6 acre tract of land for $23,000 with 78% owner financing. Six months later the property appraised at $155,000 and Randy was sold on the real estate business. Twenty eight years later Randy is engaged fulltime as a commercial real estate broker. Randy is a licensed real estate broker in the State of Florida and the State of Georgia. In Georgia Randy owns Randy Krise Realty which has been a commercial brokerage licensed since 1984.

Randy spent most of his life in Marietta, Georgia. Randy was active in the community and served on numerous boards and foundations. As an entrepreneur Randy also owned childcare centers for over 26 years. A keen interest in politics led Randy to stand for public office.

Randy is a veteran of the United States Air Force where he served on a launch crew for the Titan II ICBM. This missle was the largest nuclear weapon in the United States arsenal.

Randy attended the University of Georgia, Georgia State University and Kennesaw State University.

Randy is married to Arvey who is also a Registered Nurse turned commecial real estate broker.

Randy has a daughter Beth Krise who resides in Kennesaw, Georgia and Arvey has three children. Arvey's children are Nikki Stauffer of Peoria, Illinois where she resides with her builder husband, Mike and their daughter Ansley Isabella. Oliver Sliva a student at the University of Colorado and former U.S. Army ranger with tours in both Afganistan and Iraq. And Rueben Sliva a chef at Cru restaurant in Fort Myers where he resides with his wife Erin Steele Sliva and their daughter Gracie Nicole . Randy and Arvey have a six year old grandson named Trevor and a new grandaughter Trinity Elisabeth who reside in Kennesaw Georgia with Randy's daughter Beth Graybill and her husband Rob .
