Arvey’s dream has been to live in Florida ever since she met Herman, “the man who put the salt in the ocean”, while on a family vacation when she was 5 years old. She was raised by two wonderful parents in Olney, Illinois, home of the “white squirrels.” Having been a licensed Registered Nurse for 25 years, Arvey is used to taking care of people’s needs. Her professional sales experience includes being the Director of Sales and Marketing for six years for VNA, the largest home health agency in St. Louis and Missouri, including contract negotiations, and national account manager for newly FDA approved medical devices.

Arvey’s creative side emerged early when she put her lemonade stand on her wagon and went door to door. To further demonstrate her innovation, she designed clothing under her “ ARV Original “ label and later started a successful gourmet catering business. When she created her own line of gourmet foods, she established a manufacturing facility, marketing her products in international, national, and regional trade shows. Arvey’s Spirit Cakes could be found in 48 states.

Arvey’s love of people, business, and real estate lured her into the real estate market. In 2002, she became licensed as a Real Estate sales associate and joined her husband Randy, a commercial Real Estate Broker since 1984, in Marietta, Georgia. Arvey and Randy moved to Ft. Myers where they have successfully pursued their commercial real estate careers.

Over the years, Arvey’s most important job has been being a soccer mom, band mom and just "Mom." Arvey believes in making dreams come true – especially yours.
