3.86 Acres on Tuckers Grade Purchased for Commercial Use

Tuckers Grade Land Development LLC purchased 3.86 acres on Tuckers Grade between US 41 and I-75 at exit 158 in Punta Gorda from Jim Medal for $410,000. The site is across from the 563-acre tract that Lely Development Corp. plans to build 2,400 homes. To compliment future area growth, the site is a good fit for a gas station, convenience store and/or fast food restaurant. Randy Krise, CCIM negotiated the transaction.

Former Cape Coral Elks Club Sold

Fort Myers, FL - September 7, 2017 James M. Thompson Cape Coral LLC purchased the 11,200 SF SF, former Elks Club at 4631 SE 10th Place, Cape Coral, FL 33904 from The Cape Coral Lodge NO 2596 Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks of the United States of America, Inc. for $1,500,000. The building will be remodeled for a new concept restaurant with plans to open by the start of the 2017 season. Randy Krise, CCIM negotiated the transaction.

New Restaurant Concept Planned for former Las Margaritas on US 41

4805 S. Cleveland Ave., LLC purchased the 6,165 SF building at 4805 S. Cleveland Ave, Fort Myers from Nusbaum-Burandt LLC for $925,000. The building is situated in front of the Howard Johnson Inn. A Colorado restaurant chain will take over the vacant 5,000 SF space formerly housed by Las Margaritas to open their 14th restaurant. Kabab Village Mediterranean Restaurant will remain in the space next door. Randy Krise, CCIM represented the Buyer and Mike Doyle, CCIM represented the Seller.
